All NEMO skimboards carry a limited 90 day warranty, ensuring you will be back in the water straight away, should anything be faulty with your ride. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase from any authorised NEMO dealer.

WARRANTY CLAIM
1. Assessment:
Was the board purchased within the last 90 days ?
Does the damage appear to be from impact /abuse or exposure to unfriendly elements ?
Does the damage appear to be attributable to faulty materials or workmanship ?
2. Return
Complete your warranty form that came with your board, making sure you include a detailed description of the problem along with an explanation of how it happened.
Return the board as is, along with proof of purchase to the place of purchase

WARRANTY
- This NEMO sandskate is warranted against defects in the materials and manufacturing process for 90 days from the date of purchase.
- NO WARRANTY CLAIM WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR:
* Normal wear and tear of the product.
* Any damage resulting from improper use of abuse of the product or the graphic artwork.
* Scratching or any marks to the base or edges or the board.
* Delaminating or bubbling unless caused by faulty manufacture.
* Excessive rocker of dish.
- If the product is replaced or repaired at the discretion of the manufacturer, the warranty will exist from the original date of purchase and extends only to the original purchaser.
- The manufacturer will not be responsible for freight charges, damage, or misplaced product during transit.
